The Dogwood Cocktail Cabin

Great drinks, great food, great staff. We started coming here in 2016 on a weekend getaway and make a point to come back every time we come to Bend. The cocktails are very creative. The atmosphere is very welcoming and has great vibe to it. The bartenders and servers are friendly and very good at what they do. Adri was our most recent bartender and she has a great command of the bar with extremely efficient movement. The manger, Bootsie, has this place dialed in. We love the staff and will be back anytime we are in town.

This place hits all the right things, amazing food, great cocktails, great music with live DJ and good vibes. There is also a place up stairs with a dart board room. We came here once we got into town to grab something to eat and drink. Ended up staying for a few hours. I will say this place gets packed, and for good reason. They do have reservations and I would highly recommend making them. We waiting about 45mins to get in on a Friday night but it was worth it. Highly recommended.

(11/29/2021) We loved grabbing a couple glasses of wine at The Dogwood. We are not "cocktail" drinkers but being @ The Dogwood, we were almost converted just watching the two gentlemen behind the bar mix a plethora of unique and wonderfully looking cocktails for the other patrons. We would have LOVED to have eaten at the Dogwood but unfortunately the chef had been called away for an emergency (we hope all is ok!) so all they had to offer were the flatbreads. I am sure the flatbreads were terrific (if they had any reflection on what the bartenders were creating in front of us) but we were looking for something a bit more exciting (based on what we had seen in previous posts as well as what was on the menu), maybe next time. All in all, The Dogwood Cocktail Cabin is an eclectic, fun, lively bar with great hosts and atmosphere!

Came here with my wife as we were waiting for dinner reservations. This place is a hidden gem. Has a really neat 1920s prohibition Era vibe with tasteful antiques and exotic paintings. There is enough outdoor lighting to make it feel warm and inviting. The cocktail selections and taste are outstanding! The bartenders obviously enjoy their job and it reflects in the quality of drinks. I would highly recommend this place for a date or fun night out. I saw when we left they have live music so we'll definitely be back soon!

Went for cocktails and bits on a Wednesday night. We got there at 5:30 pm and had a spot outside at a shared table (there were only 2 of us). I ordered the Dillicious and Up in Smoke. Both were fantastic. Superb flavor combinations. My friend got the Pyrenees Punch and Margarita. They were tasted and the sated pump on the margarita was unique. Based on the drinks alone this place is a 5 for sure. However, the service and food knocked it down a star. The bar didn’t appear to have enough staff. For example the hostess was also the only waitress serving the entire outside patio. The food was mediocre at best. The Mac and cheese was bland and the batter overpowered all else. The potatoes (the only vegan food option) were as expected. The bruschetta was also ok. To sum it up: go here for cocktails and that’s all. Do expect to wait for them though. And any water you want.

This place was wonderful. I recommend going early if you want to get a good spot. We went Friday around 8 and it was packed. We returned Saturday around five and it was just starting to fill up. Everything we tried was fantastic. Wonderful mezcal cocktails and the truffle Mac & cheese bites were fantastic. Favorite spot to start the night. Cheers 🍻

This cocktail bar is great. We wanted to enjoy some fancy cocktails before dinner elsewhere and Dogwood Cocktail Cabin has a great variety. We sat upstairs and our server had great recommendations on their signature drinks. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about cocktails. Atmosphere is trendy and clean. We will definitely visit again.
