Such a fun and unique menu selection! I love coming here in the early morning when the air outside is crisp and a little chilly because there are heaters inside the food cart to keep you warm. Service is fast and friendly and the eating area is nice and has a very cozy and friendly ambiance. The choices of sweet and savory and different styles of pancake as well always keep it fresh to come here!

Wow. The Purritos (pancake burrito) are amazing. The Serrano Cream Cheese is delicious and will definitely clear your sinuses. Super nice people. If you haven’t eaten here you’re missing out.

The food was great, but I noticed that the red from the wrapper bled onto the classic/original purrito. Maybe they could make sure the food is just touching the foil when they wrap it. Otherwise, an awesome breakfast spot.

Best pancaked breakfast ever! Super tasty eggs bacon and zingy creamy wonderfulness, inside the best cornmeal pancake I've ever had! All with a perfect amount of syrup to sweeten the deal. And we got to feed the fuzzy bunny Rue some blueberries too!

Fun little wagon/trailer parked in a parking lot of a sporting goods store. Tables set up so you can sit down and enjoy your pancake creation. They were very friendly and we all loved our orders. Even the pancakes by themselves are tasty! I will definitely be back😁

Outstanding pancakes. They hit the spot just right. The whole wheat pancakes are awesome. Will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in Bend. The pancake wagon is the best way to start off your day everyday.

Love this food cart!
Such a unique selection from your standard (nothing standard about the quality and taste) pancakes and eggs to the very unique 'purritos' and the must have add on, 'puffins'.
To top it off they are such nice and wonderful hosts and you can tell they genuinely love what they are doing. And if you are lucky you can hi to the very mellow bunny Rue

It was a great place. Me and my wife could both get meals. (My Wife has Celiacs Disease) and they have gluten free options here. Which was a fantastic plus. Great seating outside in the tents. The food was fantastic and the "Purritos" are a great! (Mix between and burrito and pancake!)
Definitely will be going back when we visit Bend again!
