I've enjoyed every dish I've tried here. My favorite is Cashew chicken which she has on Tuesdays. Maam has a fantastic personality, great service, and delicious food! Also you can get your food Thai spicy here :) I love spices, but I normally get a 3 star spice and it comes out perfect 👌

Holy yum.massive portions. Tried the 3 spice level and it was a bit too much for me, but I'll be back. Wish the tofu was a lil crispier, but amazing flavors and fresh, crisp veggies.

Thai on the Fly will be the tastiest and freshest Curry-liciou, Pad Thai-delightful, Cashew Chicken-Lickin, Tea-Sweetifying goodness you've ever walked up to in a food cart experience! Not only is Maam the happiest-go-lucky chef on a street corner, she's a generous friend and thoughtful human being. Thank you, Maam!

This is totally awesome place. She is a cheerful person who loves to cook for you.
I have tried many Thai places in Bend, Oregon, this is the best! No frills, just great food served with a smile.
If your cruising through central Oregon, heading to Bend, stop here, just off bond street. Make sure you get there before 3 pm or your out of luck
