This is a hidden gem. Best sandwich in town! The turkey bacon avocado is my staple, but they always have exciting new specials so I mix it up often. Great beer selection. Haven't tried the meat from the butcher, but the processed-in-house meats may be what makes the sandwiches so special!
Its a little bit expensive but worth it, treat yourself

You can smell the goodness of this place from the moment you walk in! Some of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had (Reuben and pulled pork). Loved everything about Primal Cuts, the place is cool, the food is amazing and they also have a great selection of beers!

Great place for a local butcher and beer stop. Fresh made sandwiches and sides with growler fills too. I like to stop in occasionally for lunch. Great service and premium prices for fresh meat. Check this place out anytime your best by for great stuff.

Outstanding pulled pork sandwich on homemade bread. Special sauce that was to die for. But the perfection that topped it all was the 'Caribbean Sweet Potato Soup'! Two thumbs up! Excellent food and 30+ beers on tap with tastable options. A must try.

So amazing! We had hot pastrami and french dip sandwiches with steak bites. The presentation was great and the food was killer. Keep up the great customer service and this place will be around for a long time.

So good! The best meal we have had on our 4 week trip by far. The sandwiches were yummy and so well priced. We came in for a late lunch/ early dinner and it was so good we came back the next day for lunch. We had the torta and the primal dip sandwiches which were divine. Definitely recommend this place.

Delicious lunches including sandwiches and soups, always comes with a side of home made salty chips. Great selection of beers on tap, mainly craft beers but always has 1 or 2 sours. Great atmosphere and staff is always friendly, nice and great at recommendations for meats and beers. They know my boyfriend and I by our faces and are always happy to see us.

This place is the GOAT as my 12 year old would say!! The sandwiches are just plan WOW!!! They take so much pride in their attention to detail and it SHOWS !! This is a must if you're in Bend, you've been watching too much Food Network and you need that perfect Sandwich with incredible beer.... Or a nitro coffee.. love this spot.

Love the atmosphere, helpful staff and excellent cuts. All the meat is prepared right there, in house and the staff is ready to help out with suggestions for cuts, cook styles, serving sizes etc. Super friendly, just ask!
Sandwich menu is also top notch and super bargain for the quality and amount you get. Absolutely worth it.
Also, growler Phil's right on the other side of the room, super nice bonus!
