I had an issue the other day with my burger. I returned today and they really redeemed themselves! I explained my problem and expected to get attitude or bad customer service like most of these other fast food places but, they were super polite and apologetic and offered me to remake the burger and offered a cookie for the inconvenience. The manager was super polite and even went out of her way to make sure the burger was hot and fresh! If I could give more than five stars I would!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm a big fan of this Carl's Jr, the decor inside is very different from most other ones. It's kinda reminiscent of like a 50s diner kind of thing. The food as always is really good, I'm a big fan personally of the new limited time Diablo burger. The workers here are super super friendly which is really cool and always have a smile on their face at least everytime I've gone in there.

First off I would like everybody to know that originally I had given this restaurant five stars as the food was good The service was good and the atmosphere was good I am now changing that to a negative five stars. I came into this location about a week ago and ordered two combo meals. There was no one in the restaurant and no one in the drive-thru and it took almost a half an hour to get my food. The restaurant staff kept looking at me and not making my food it was the weirdest thing I'd ever experienced in a fast food restaurant they would just stop with their doing and stare at me so I don't know what that's about. I'm hoping that a manager or someone from corporate will contact me The food that we received was not food it was dog food we had to throw it away The burger meat was not char-boiled it was definitely cooked in the microwave for sure no char marks the onion rings were not cooked they were still partially frozen and soggy those went in the trash and just so this restaurant cannot hide behind anything I worked for Carl karcher enterprises which is Carl's Jr and I know what their quality expectation is and whatever this was this night people need to be fired. This location is absolutely horrible stay clear of this location and whatever you do don't go across the street to McDonald's because they are 10 times worse That's how I ended up at this restaurant because McDonald's is even worse. And trust me they got their review just like this restaurant got its review I am a business owner here in bend Oregon and don't want to see any businesses get bad reviews but when this type of thing happens the public needs to know and so does corporate.
