Taco Bell

Let me start off by saying. They are ABSOLUTELY Angels When the Taco Bell craving hit at 10:34 am. (Weird I know but you do what do what you gotta do). I drove over and got a 12 pack crunchy tacos. Where I asked for lots of fire sauce, and my goodness did they provide to my self indulging Taco Bell rampage. Gave me a half bag of fire sauce and left me in a coma, the nap I am about to take will be legendary. Thank you, Taco Bell My hero’s.

Awful experiences multiple times. Whether I order door dash or pickup or anything, their policies make “fast” food take way longer than it should. I understand fast food is not supposed to be amazing, but customer service should be a standard that is not over looked. Fast food should not be time consuming and difficult.

Always a god awful experience coming here. First off never use your card here!! There are thief’s and took my card info and tried buying over 500$ at Costco. Thankful my bank declined them! They are always rude as hell here. They close early and don’t put signs out saying they are closed and when you approach expecting them to say they are closed they don’t and scream at you for being there in line. Orders are always wrong. This location is the worst.

Along the lonely road out west can be found this Taco Bell. Unlike most, it does not stay open very late. It gives you extra onions when you ask for none. But such is the life of a traveler. The point is, when you need a place to hitch your wagon and recharge with some junk food, you go here and get right.

I drive for DoorDash Delivering food and this Taco Bell is defiantly the worst restaurant to deliver for!!! They closed their lobby even though you can clearly see employees sitting around inside. Waited nearly 30 min in the drive thru for both my orders! When I got to the window the employee was very rude and said only one of the orders was ready, even though it had been nearly 40 minutes ago when the order was placed! After telling him I’d like to wait because I can’t go back around again he threatened to have me removed from the property!! Terrible customer service, and a horrible system for delivery pick ups! I suggest if you’re going to close your lobby at least leave it open for deliveries, which would be more beneficial for all your customers! I Highly recommended not to come to this establishment, I will not be doing so moving forward!

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, the lobby closed early. And when I knocked on the door I was told to hold on. After that I proceeded to stand outside for 30 minutes. I then went to the drive through where I waited another 20 minutes for anyone to open the window. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
