Meals were large and very good, the service was spot on, if there was to be a downside it would be the decor...very old and dated.
Great spot, well worth it if you're looking for a good meal at reasonable prices.

Wednesday night was busy at the Brian Boru Hotel. Many people dining out in the dining room and several people in the bar and small saloon bar.
The beer was cold and the room warm. I had the barramundi, chips and salad. The fish was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed it very much. The bar staff were efficient and friendly.
A perfect night out in Bendigo.

This is one of the most underrated places in Bendigo. It has the best chicken parmigiana in Bendigo with no exceptions. There is great live music every weekend. On top of that, there are trivia nights on the weekend! A recommended stop for locals or passing travellers.

Fantastic Meal, the Chicken Breast was beautiful & the chips Devine. Everyone enjoyed the meal & the entertainment was pretty good too. A great young band called "Detention", sang some really good rock songs. Would definitely eat there again, especially if the band was playing also.

Not much to look at outside or in BUT definitely a hidden Gem when it comes to meals!!! Amazing Parmas board! Tried the Benedict and the Surf & Turf, massive servings sizes and well worth every penny!! Will be back next time we're in town!

If you like great service and great tasting food do not come here. The staff are so rude, they make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to them for simply wishing to dine here. Their food is not that great either. Only one vegetarian choice on the menu that was the most bland 'risotto' (if you can even call it that, it looked like a pile of grey sloppy rice) I have ever tasted. My friend's chicken parma was dry as well. The price might be cheap, but you're better off spending your money elsewhere. I will not be returning here.

Really friendly and helpful staff - nothing was a bother. Meal was great too. I travel a lot and eat at a lot of different pubs, and this is one of the best.
