We went for the new mushroom filling at gyg and ordered one of everything with it. It was unbelievably amazing. Hands down the best Mexican food in Australia. I'm originally from Texas, a chef that started out in Mexican restaurants and to this day I still cook all my own Mexican food which is the #1 favourite of my very very picky family. So when I say it's the best Mexican food here, I don't say that lightly. I often see a Mexican food place in Australia and get excited only to be depressed when I get the food. That's definitely not the case at gyg, they are always exemplary of fast and fresh and with the familiar tastes of great Mexican food.

First experience was excellent. Great for healthy take away options. Ordered the bowl which is all the ingredients of a burrito without the tortilla. It was so tasty with char grilled chicken. Menu is a bit complex to understand when in drive thru.

Every time we order from this place they miss something out. Its either the drink, the black beans, or the guacamole. Today it was the guacamole. I'm fed up of not getting what I have paid for. Imagine if they do this to everyone.. nice little money saver for them. Disappointing as when they are on form the food is really nice. Sadly that's not very often.

So delish! The slow cooked beef was so tender and the food was all flavoursome, fresh and authentic. Much prefer it over the other fast food Mexican in bendigo :)
Love that they have fries as a side!
Can't beat the convenience of the drive thru as well, especially if you have kids!

Hi guys. Literally just sat in your drive thru for half an hour for a bowl of nachos. I sat at the order screen for around 10 minutes before I was even spoken to. This happens every time there's more than a couple of cars in the drive thru and it's just not good enough. Your food is great. I've never been disappointed with it.
But seriously. Also. Absolutely zero personality from the staff member.

Came here today for a quick bite with my partner, and we're both extremely happy! The food was so fresh, and tasted amazing! We'll be going here more often, that's for sure 🤗

Ordered a bowl with no rice or corn chips. What arrived was a tiny amount of toppings that barely filled 1/3 of the container and that's being generous. I also added a couple of extras and the portions were utterly pathetic.
The other local Mexican place always fills the bowl even without rice.

Just Awesome! The Kennington store are always very prompt and friendly with their service. Food quality is always great! Happy to accomodate larger groups. Can’t recommend highly enough!
