Check the relevant accepted cards at the reception. Staff upto mark required in the profession. Midnight to early hours relatively less passengers. Ms.Hepsibah at the reception made our lounge access transaction very smooth and quick. Mr. Nicolas at the lounge ensured every passenger was comfortable enquiring the needs and addressing the same. It is to inform the breakfast starts at 0330 Hrs.

#HappyEating One of the best domestic lounge ❤️ in India 🇮🇳 with customer centric service. The food served is top notch & offering a good variety be it lunch, breakfast or dinner. Have experienced good amount of crowd each time i have checked in. The staff was always courteous. Also, it offers a good panaromic runway view. The attached pictures were taken during multiple visits.

The best airport lounge visited by me. The staff is very courteous. It is no less than a 5 star premium buffet. The quality and taste of food is top notch. Even in covid times they still have a full buffet menu with sweet dishes and appetizers. Drinks menu is good too. They have maintained all Norms of covid protection. I really like the fact that their crockery was getting sanitized after every use.

• Above ground level lounge -One of the most prominent lounges available in Bangalore airport. • Best place to eat and spend some time while a layover. I had a 7-hour delay before my next flight so I spent some time there. • Food quality- the food quality Is excellent, choice of food is very good, north Indian and south Indian food both are available, sweets are also given, food is changed in every few hours. There is a large variety of food here. • Service- this is a self-service zone but many staff are available to help you. • Veg/non-veg- Both types are available. I tasted both and enjoyed. • Hygiene- this place is very clean; staffs regularly keeps cleaning the place and will keep on removing the places you eat on. People giving food wear gloves. The restroom is very clean. • Space- there is ample space available here. sometimes crowd may be there. • The coffee vending machine is available that is a big plus for me. • Live kitchen is also available in case you want to see the food cooking. • Tables next to sofas have a charging port which is comfortable. • The chairs are also huge and comfortable. • Buffet system is followed here.you can eat unlimited. • You may get enough soft drinks. • The ambience-the ambience is very good, you will have a good time.

Such a cool place to hangout during the journey. The lounge is well equipped with lots of variants of food items including vegetarian and non vegetarian menu. There's a separate section for dosa camp, paratha camp, cakes and ice cream, coffee and tea, beer and cool drinks, etc. The seating arrangement is wonderful.

A bit crowded. Had to wait in long queue for getting the entry stamp. if you're having a lounge access card , then it's good. Else , you've pay Rs1500 and i don't think that's worth. Only limited variety food option available. And there is limited only tables available. We had to wait for 10 minutes to get a table.
