My recent visit to Rajdhani, where the joy of Rajasthani flavors comes alive! The vibrant staff, echoing the lively spirit of Rajasthan, welcomed us with genuine delight. BinjaRam, our lively host, turned our meal into a festive homecoming. Amidst the pure vegetarian feast, the flavors danced with happiness, creating a true celebration of authenticity!

Located in second floor of Phoenix Market CIty, Whitefield, 'Rajdhani' offers a delightful culinary journey with a fusion of Gujarathi, North Indian and Rajasthani flavors. The warm ambiance, complements the vibrant dishes served with impeccable presentation. The starters which were my favourite included the sev roll, Paneer Khaman, Dahi puri and dal Baathi Churma. :) I’m amazed by the attention they give the people who visit. The place is a must-go for friends & family. While the seating may require early reservations on weekends, the weekdays aren’t that crowded. They have delectable desserts, such as Jalebi with Rabdi, custard and Gulaab Jamun which ensure a memorable finale to this gastronomic adventure.

Farsan/Starters: Veg Muthiya: An authentic Gujarati snack, these steamed dumplings were subtly spiced and incredibly tender. The dal was cooked to perfection, and the baati soaked up its flavors like a sponge. Dahiwada Capsicum Chat: A tantalizing mix of textures and tang, this dish was a masterful blend of creamy and crunchy. Vegetable: Paneer Balti Sabzi: Rich and creamy with well-marinated paneer cubes that melted in the mouth. Turiya Vatana Tomato, Batata Sambhariya, Bikaneri Papad Dahiwale: Each vegetable dish was a symphony of flavors, showcasing the diversity of Indian cooking techniques and spices. Dal/Kadhi: Surti Dal, Yellow Dal, Gathiya Kadhi: The dals were comforting, like a warm hug, while the Gathiya Kadhi was a pleasant surprise, introducing a new texture into a familiar flavor profile. Sweets/Desserts: Malai Sandwich, Beetroot Halwa, Malpua with Rabdi: Simply put, a heavenly end to a culinary journey. The Malai Sandwich was airy and light, the Beetroot Halwa offered a healthy but satisfying sweet note, and the Malpua with Rabdi was a decadent finale. Indian Bread: Phulka, Stuff Moong Rotla, Biscuit Bhakri: Soft, flaky, and perfect vessels for the sabzi and dals. Rice/Khichdi: Jeera Rice, Kajua Gatta Khichdi, Anardhana Curd Rice: Each rice dish was a comfort food paradise, with the Anardhana Curd Rice being particularly memorable for its tangy undertones. Service: The staff were attentive without being intrusive, embodying the traditional Indian tenet of "Atithi Devo Bhava" (The guest is God). This Friday I had an amazing lunch at Rajdhani at Phoenix Marketcity. They serve Rajasthani thali. They have all tasty varieties starting from starters to main course to drinks. Totally worth it. Staff is very good and kind. Deserts were really mouthwatering. I am a big fan of Dal bhati Churma. First time I had Alapeno chat which was very tasty. They serve new menu everyday. Special offers for women on Wednesday. Go for it Guys! 😃
