Charcoal Eats

Finally, Charcoal eats here at Bangalore.I love the biryani's here & their specil Puff Pizza.I used order when i was there in Chennai.Tried this couple of weeks back and this outlet made me happy because of seating(No dine in at Chennai).Ambience here is so cool and colorful and service was top notch. Visited here with my friend and we tried few items which i didn't tried much. 1) Aloo Tikki Starter: It was perfectly cooked ,taste was unique and crispy.Best for Veggies. 2)Chicken Seekh Roll: Juicy one which is different from others.Must try one. 3) Chicken Tikka Pizza Square: Signature dish,which is like puff crust.People looking for varieties can try this.. Must try. 4)Butter Chicken Biryani: Heavy one,well cooked chicken and aromatic. Must Must try and mu favourite here. 5)Strawberry Souffle: Neutral Sugar level and yummy.Best for kids and dessert lovers. Ambience:5/5 Food:5/5 Service:5/5 VFM:4/5

To start with the decor, it is a very friendly and cosy kind of place. Being an avid food lover, I simply love the variety of options they provide for both veg and non veg. You are spoiled for choices. Biryanis - They are authentic and flavorsome. Some of my favorite are Afghani biryani, Makhani biryani (it is authentic with the right amount of sweetness and chicken tikka biryani. Special mention to the raita masala and curd which they provide with full biryanis. I always order extra Starters - I simply love their mughlai paratha and chicken tikka starter. In veg, their aloo tikki, hara bhara kebab, dahi k kebab are some of the options that are simply drool worthy for me. Pizza squares - The fact that they use puff pastries as pizza base is something which I have not heard before. The pizzas are simply out of this world. Cannot pick a favorite as each of them is good in thier own way. Loaded fries - You cannot simply name one of them. All of them are heavenly. Desserts - The strawberry souffle, chocolate souffle and salted caramel souffle are divine. They also have rolls as well as they different kind of combos consisting of biryanis, fries, pizza squares. To sum up, each and every dish which they have is really delectable and stand true to their name.
