Matinee Bar & Kitchen

My experience is based on the limited order, I made. I just ordered a Paneer starter, and Broccoli Almond Soup. Both the dishes were absolutely delightful. Soup was perfectly creamy for my taste Place was bit empty for a Saturday Evening, however that helped my kid to just roam around freely. Rustic ambience looks classy, but serving and menu doesn't match the ambience

The place is good to enjoy evenings. Since it is pretty new, not much crowd is there and also staff is easily approachable. The food though took time to come to table but was really good. Loved: cheese poppers, pizza Average taste: pasta Good variety of drinks was available. One major thing that I found was that there were games like pool and foosball. The advantage was no crowd was there so we could fully enjoy without being in tension of eating food and leaving early.

Retro place! This is a perfect place in the heart of the newly developed region of Bangalore. Ideal for a family brunch, or an office get together, or even a date lunch. The place has good food with a huge area, nice services and a facility of both indoor and outdoor seating. It has clean washrooms and polite staff. Coming to the food, they have all kinds of food - Continental, Italian, Mexican, Indian. A must try for young lot out there!

A matinee show is available in the long stretch busy marathalli road. The matinee by the by is the restaurant at marathalli which has a nice cinema theme,posters put up on the walls and small reels and replica cameras hung up. I had been to this restaurant on a Sunday weekend for lunch along with my friends and thoroughly enjoyed it. 🌶️🥦🥐🧀🍖🍗🥩🥓🍝🍣🍢🍚🍳🥗🍤🍡🍧🍨🍦🥡🍰🥧☕🍾🍷🍸🍹🍺🍻🥂🥃🥢 🇦 The ambience of the restaurant is too good. I loved their small outdoor facility where snooker table and fooze Ball can be played. It is bright and a place where you can enjoy your drink while playing a game of snooker. The ambience of the restaurant where you can dine too seems to be good they have posters of matinee idols every where. 🇸The service at the restaurant is mean. I had to wait for a long time for my cocktails, however the food was served pretty quickly. 🇫🍽️ What I ate??? 🍴Tempura Prawn➡️The prawns were pretty big in size. The tempura Prawn could have been much better,too much of flour may have indered it. 🍴Basil flavoured chicken dimsun➡️ The chicken dimsuns looked premium and straight out of high end restaurant. The fillings with chicken tasted good. 🍴Corn spinach dimsuns➡️ Yet another dimsun which had the corn as the fillings, tasted good. 🍴The grill had the conventional veg and non veg starters in them. I loved their paneer grill and most of the chicken grill. The sea food grills were really good. I would suggest the management to come up with some extra dips so that it can go well with the grills. 🍴Hunan chicken➡️I liked the Hunan chicken, it was saucy and Juicy. They were simple yet tasted good. 🍴Pasta➡️ I went with the white sauce penne pasta. They tasted pretty good. 🍴Mango cheese cake➡️ The presentation of the mango cheese cake was pretty good. They not only looked good put also tasted excellent. 🍴Tiramisu➡️Tiramisu was pretty good, loved the powder which was spread on the cake. 🍴Daiquiri➡️ It was a mixture of light rum, lime and syrup. The presentation and the taste were good. It was served on a long handle glass. All in all matinee is a wonderful restaurant which have reasonable prices both in their food and drinks. Their cocktails cost you for less than 200. Their buffet pricing is also very reasonable. The ambience is quite refreshing and different. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at matinee. Per the name, this place is meant to enjoy with a bunvh of friends, with options to choose from and dirt cheap cocktails. They have buffet as well as ala carte which are equally good. The buffet is a grill one. Their forte is Chinese and I am sure you will enjoy the same. The cocktails @129 is an exciting offer
