Plated

This place was a big surprise offering some great food and ambience. The service is pretty good and doesn't take too long. I went there on a Saturday night and didn't have to wait to get a table. The shepherd's pie was amazing , the Mangalorean fish curry and rice was not at all mangalorean though, but it was still good. The presentation is great !! Food is well PLATED !!

So located right in the main road, this place is a must try restaurant. Small ambiance, but great service. Food was great. Since I went with my vegetarian bunch of friends, I had to order veg food. Ordered panner lasagna (3/5) mexican rice (4/5) zeera rice and panner kofta (5/5) panner finger fry (3/5). It was little too much for 4 people and they were kind enough to pack the left overs.

Awesome place. .. One of the finest place near to our locality .. Perfect blend of comfort, class and asthetics.. This place is great for anytime meal .. Breakfasts are the show stopper.. Try out their egg Benedict .. haleem toast , pan cakes ..waffle and chocochino coffee.. (finest invention ) .. . Staffs are very friendly and polite. They make food with passion ... Each and every items are treat to have ..

Overall we had a positive experience. Service was very good, ambience pleasant, and the food enjoyable. I enjoyed eating out of wooden utensils, that was unusual. We had 1) chili, cilantro, lemon ice tea soda - would not recommend this. It didn't taste like anything at all. 2) Nachos, wedges, French fries small plate appetiser - the fries, wedges, and nachos were good, but we felt the fries to cheese and beans ratio was too small. The quantity of salsa for the amount of chips was too little. More cheese and beans and larger quantities of salsa would have been nice. Without those the starter felt a little dry. 3) Ratatouille - I would recommend ordering this. The portion was just right for me. It was hot, cheesy, and the vegetables were delicious. 4) Pasta - the quantitiy and taste was good. Nice and simple. You can't go wrong ordering this. 5) Kow Soey (veg) - I wouldn't recommend ordering this. It was very disappointing. It just didn't taste right or good. I've had better Kow suey at Sriracha and Misu. I wish I had ordered some of the Plated specialities like the paneer makhani lasagna, that sounded very unusual and might have been worth trying. I would definitely come here again to try some of those signature dishes next time.

Coming to this place was sheer luck I would say. I usually love to eat at Rossini when I am in this part of the town. But Plated is mind blowing! These people serve amazing food and presentation (platter) is gorgeous. Absolutely justifying their name! Great ambience and an exhaustive menu to choose from. They even have put across serving time. Great job guys! Most of the dishes are served in wooden or ceramic platters. Very nice to look at. We ordered black filter coffee, lime-orange soda glass, fish & chips and toast chicken (pictures also shared). The menu price listing appears to be slightly on the expensive end but once you get your order served you will realize that the quantity is fairly large. (People with small appetite please note this!) Also, if you guys like some mild lighting and green, this would be perfect place for you. This place is adorned with sooooo many small Flora hanging from window grills. Mild music amplifies the soothing effect of this ambience. I totally recommend this place!
