The Egg Factory

After a lot of searching around, I finally found this place again. The chef makes gourmet omelettes at reasonable prices. Before they were located elsewhere on the same street in HSR, but now they are located right opposite to Aiswarya supermarket which is close to the Indian Oil Petrol bunk. It's a small blue cart in the middle of the street. They make a few varieties of omelettes including veg and chicken options. Now they also make a few extra things like grilled quail and chicken wings and I think the menu varies on different days. The omelettes are my personal favourite. Tried the chicken and cheese omelette which was a heavy portion with lots of chicken, bell peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms, broccoli, baby corn, onion inside it. It cost 250 rupees. One thing that was slightly disappointing was that I couldn't taste any cheese in the omelette. However, the other ingredients were well balanced and one omelette itself is quite heavy so it's better to share and enjoy. As far as I know, 3-4 eggs were used in the making. No matter what other people say, if you really like omelettes, that too gourmet style, you can enjoy it on the streetside itself without visiting a fancy restaurant. The rates are pretty reasonable considering the kind of ingredients being used and the passion the chef pours into it.

Tried classic veg omelette. It was good and tasty. If you are an omelette lover, then it's definitely a must visit place. The long back owner had a shop and now post covid he sells the exotic omelette on a food cart. He takes around 20 minutes to prepare an omelette as he starts from chopping the vegetables and then prepares it. There is no menu when asked and he tells the various omelettes available along the ingredients used. May be he wants to hide the price😬 Now its right infront of The affair with food court.

Omlette was awesome. We went twice. Same quantity and quality..! The guy making omlette has got some attitude. Omlette is good so you may ignore that. :D :D But the lady there was managing everything so well. If you are very hungry don't go there because it is prepared then and there so he takes almost 5+ minutes to make one omlette. So you will have to wait for some 30 minutes on an average. Good place if you like egg dishes. It is fully loaded with veg and all. Highly recommended.

Superb style of omlette prepared by a professional chef on a cart. One person cannot eat the whole food. Minimum cost is 200rs for each omlette. If you wanna try food from a professional chef at road side this is go to place for you. This is a eggetarian joint. Who serves eggs with Mutton and also veggies. One omlette will have 4 eggs and 1 will be very heavy for avg eater. Taste to Cost Ratio <1 Cost to Taste Ratio >1

Excellent taste. The omelette has a very good chunk of meat and veggies. Ingredients are fresh and you could feel that in every bite you taste. Jalapeno chicken omelette was extraordinary and dont miss trying it out. The only bad thing is the time you have to wait since everything is made fresh it takes time but the time and money you spent is worth every ounce of it.
