I primarily chose this hotel as it was pet friendly. I stayed here with my family for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. From the reservation to the check in to our actual stay it was a fantastic experience. I must give a special shoutout to all the front office staff, the bell desk and even the door keepers who were so friendly with my pet. The location and ambience were a bonus. Since it’s an apart-hotel, we were self sufficient in terms of the kitchenette etc., I will definitely recommend this property for pet owners in particular who are visiting Bangalore.

The hotel staff is v curteous , professional & helpful They surprised us with v tasetefully done room decoration , cake etc for my wife's Birthday Mohnish lal is truly a gr8 asset . He takes personal intrest in making guests feel at home & re visit again & again . The Rooms are good and well maintained. Lot of amenities are provided in the room. There is a scope of changing the policy of the Hotel Rules. Credit Card is required to submit at the time of checking in, as a guarantee of providing In Room Dining Service by signing the Food & Beverage Bill. Otherwise same may be settled instantly by cash. This is not acceptable from a Good Standard Hotel for their in house guest. When the guest informs the time of check out in advance and accepted by the concerned representative of the front office, should not be remind repeatedly to time of check out.
