the hospital is really good and we are coming here since last 5 years the hospital has shown a drastic growth in patient care and patient overall experience. the doctor are as usual the best in this unit and without a doubt we trust them and come for them. but i would like to point out few thing that are very impressive as and when i come here from the security there is always some to greet and help us then in opd there are people for assistance and cordination and they make sure that the patient is treated with the utmost care in ipd also tge nurses are really good and friendly the hospital is well maintained and clean the housekeeping staff , gda and cafe also improved in terms of talking to patient handling i am really happy overall

Have been visiting Manipal (earlier Columbia) varthur from last 7 years. Doctors and facilities are good. The only thing that is poor and needs improvement is the management at Nurse stations. Staffs often could not handle large and multiple queues along with call enquiries and others. Because of which you probably have to wait 45 mins for your turn to come during consultations and to avoid conflict with other patients.

Good hospital. The ward room services are awesome. 5 stars for housekeeping staff, GDA and cafe. Everyone is on time in their respective services. Dr. Praveen is a great surgeon. Very polite and listens to all the problems pre and post surgery patiently. One star deducted for the delay which is done from ward to OT and vice versa. The management needs to think about the time a patient has to wait before and after the surgeries, and try not to make the delays.

I recently got a surgery done here. Doctor Praveen CR was excellent at his work. Nursing staff in operation theater and one’s assigned in the room were exceptionally good. Great hospitality and care was taken from doctors to nurses to assistance and cleaning staff. There was a time that I was alone for couple hours post operation, but I was taken good care of. Very neat and good hospitality. I would recommend Dr. Praveen C R who is a general surgeon.

The teams are really supportive and wonderful dr . Shivraj and other internal medicine team is so good that half of the illness vanish when we talk to them.the staff are super friendly but we'll knowledgeable . They know what to do and what not to do . The patient experience team take care fromm n to n. Service which some abroa f hospital will also lack . We are very happy and the service are too good and little gestured like greeting celebrations and connecting with patient make the overall experience worth worthy

This hospital has never disappointed me from day one visit till date. Be it a minor disease or some emergency - the service provided is awesome though the charges are little high compared to any nearby hospitals. However it is satisfactory and up to the mark.
