Are you crazy for an amazing biryani? I guess your search for lip smacking, mouth watering biryani would end here. First of all the packaging of the delivery gives you that royal feeling of being served with something amazing. In love with the effort theh put into the packaging Secondly the taste, the flavours, the essence all are on point with this place. Hope so i am not hyping it uo for you guys, but believe me when i say that they are the best in biryanis. I know after reading you may think that maybe i habe not tried some other amazing biryani from se places but i have done that too almost from every place. The flavours and spices were really well balanced. You can just devour it all at one go. Exact amount of spicyness and exact cinnamon and other spices so that is doesnt sweeten up a lot. And in starters i had a falafel starter and it was really good. mostly the falafels i have tried upto now dries up you throat and tongue but there was something different when it came from this place i can just keep eating and never get bored of it. Really gonna try every single dish from their menu.

What to write about Behrouz Biriyani. Just a good brand only? Most of the BMTC bus are covered with their ad. Coming to Murg Makhani Biriyani. Quantity of rice and chicken was good. Quantity of onion chatni was good. Also 1pis of Gulab Jamun was there. The beautiful box was everything for which I am giving 4 rating. Coming to taste, first is first is the smell which was awesome. Chicken pieces were tasty. But extra makhani gravy made the combo level low. I didn't taste the onion chatni which I don't like to have. The gulab jamun was nothing without a 5 rs roadside sweet, too hard to have and too cold. I also ordered a choco cake which was very small in size but great in taste. Request to them to provide good sweet. Give proper masala to chicken. ******Price is too much****** Check the price before order.

Being a veggie good biryani options are less And one of my fav is behrouz paneer tikka biryani It’s aromatic with spices layered with vegetables and paneer with long grain rice Served with raita and gulab jamun Rates are very reasonable for the quality served Their veg falafels with mayo is delicious If you are looking for a good veg biryani this is the place for it

2000 Year old Recipe : I recently ordered Dum Gosht biryani from Behrooz, C V raman branch and found this to be a decent choice for dinner. By the way, any order from Behrouz comes with royal packing, which includes a black colour box with golden designs on it. Inside the box you will find a small story of how this biriyani recipe was rediscovered from the ruins of Persia and brought to us. Now coming to the biryani, it was well cooked and was rich in dry fruits. Meat and rice were well mixed and I could feel saffron flavour also (not sure whether its actual saffron) . Also this meal came with a good Gulab jamun and raita. Overall it was a very good experience and would love to order once again :)

Nice place. Very good taste. Hygienic. Punctual service. Very good treatment for customers. The food quality and quantity is good but could be better when to other restaurants as the prices are more or less equal to these restaurants. The setup of restaurant is not so good. Could have been better to a altogether different/separated block. It's in the very next room. Over all it's very good veg meals and non veg meals. Non veg meals should cost around 300 Rs which includes of meat. Restrooms for Gents and ladies. Good variety of Juice. Parking space available adjacent to building

First of all I wanna thank Behrouz Biryani guys for giving me an opportunity to review their food ! It's an honour guys . I ordered MURGH MAHAKANI BIRYANI (non veg) I have said time and again I don't like the cardboard box in which the biryani is served . The outer box is fine but the inside box in which biryani is served can be something better .Faasos has better packing they can implment the same thing ! Besides Behrouz charges much more premium compared to faasos biryani . 1.The cardboard box doesn't hold the completely topped up biryani . 2. Opening the box like a courier packing cutting branded cellophane tape is a bit awkward when such a premium biryani is being served . 3. There is lot of moisture inside the box and the top layer just looses the flavour .( Happens in the faasos packing too but the flavour is locked because of the airtight box ) . Finally coming to the flavour - like I have always said I really like the Behrouz biryani flavour , their flavours are complex and in-depth with really well cooked chicken and rice . This time was no different , the MURGH MAHAKANI BIRYANI , has some really good in depth flavour . The chicken was moist and soft and just melted in my mouth . The rice was slightly dry but once it is mixed with the raita or the curry layer below it was good . The raita was a flavoured one , as it always has been . But one con is that if you like the raita the quantity is definitely no where enough for the huge quantity of the biryani . The Gulab Jamun has been improved a lot since last time , last time it was hard and didn't taste like Jamun . This time the changes have been made and definitely tasted really good . Overall I still think Behrouz is best for non veg biryani but like I have said before because of the premium pricing once in a while maybe . I personally feel since the Behrouz guys have achieved the consistency of taste they really need to work on other factors like packing , quantity , pricing and maybe some new dishes with different flavours ( right now the flavours are distinguishable but not different). Points cut for packing and loss of flavour due to that .

When it comes to Biryani then Behrouz Biryani is the first name which strikes in to undone the hunger cravings for some delicious Biryani. I was recently here for a short visit in Bangalore and as It was dinner time already,  so I fired up my Zomato app and ordered a delicious combo of authentic “Biryani Dastarkhwan” from the nearest Behrouz Biryani outlet. Be it east, west or north, south the taste of Behrouz Biryani remains the same throughout its all outlets spread across the entire nation. So it was delivery and not dining at restaurant. After a long time got to taste delicious Biryani. Its cooked with very fine balance and overall experience right from Ordering, delivery, packing and taste all were excellent. I feel that every stage is well managed and delivers quality. Taste is great. I would definitely love to have 2nd round soon. Cheers team Behrouz :)
