Drunken Monkey

Thran is a Korean restaurant. I saw Koreans in the restaurant next to my table. The dishes I ordered tasted very different and very tasty. Especially, the sides they served before the main course are awesome. Worth trying. Prices are bit high compared to Indian cuisine but you are eating Korean in India. 🙂

One of our fav restaurants, we love the fried momos, bulgogi, kimchi, kimbab and so on. This place never disappoints. It might look like lot of food but it's really light on your stomach. Yes it's healthy as it's low carb and tons of Fibre with protein. More reasons to enjoy this cuisine. It's bit more pricey than the restaurants in the vicinity but it's worth every rupee spent. The service is quality and these guys are the sweetest. Waiting for our next visit to this wonderful restaurant.

Kalyannagar and adjacent areas have quite a few korean restaurants. Seeing Thran's good reviews we decided to pay it a visit and I was not disappointed. Tried the beef bulgogi and tuna kimbab. The Bulgogi tasted awesome and so was the kimbab (although the kimbab was too big to my liking). The place is located on the ground floor of a house. Service was quite prompt. Thran is definitely worth a visit. Note:They also have a very nice bakery adjacent to the restaurant.

One of my favorite places in this part of Bangalore. Especially love the hot pots here. Pair it with a little sake and it's awesome. Love the complimentary plate they serve while you wait for your order. When the food is this good, nothing else matters 5/5. The portions are very much on the higher side. Have never been able to finish the dishes I've ordered. Wanted to visit Thran after it was rennovated recently and was finally able to do it. They decor has improved. They have added a bell to the corner of each table to call for the waiter, a nice touch. Recommendations - 1. Bulgogi - Chicken/Pork/Beef 2. Hot Pots (Love every hot pot I have tried so far) 3. Bibimbap - Chicken/Beef 4. Season fried Chicken

This place is cozy.. the staff over here are friendly.. Korean food has a bit of sweet taste, so spice lovers may get dissappointed.. but people who love to try different cuisine may try it out. We ordered omelette rice which was a bit sweet due to sause, beef bulgogi which was very yummy and fried ramen.. the sides were good too.. it was my first time eating sticky rice. When. You are done they serve you with cinnamon tea and cut fruits.. cinnamon tea was very refreshing.. it's a must try place .overall different experience

Recently renovated. Warm color lighting enhances the taste of food. When I first went there was a bad old smell, but no more. The price of Korean food here is very reasonable. The taste is more than the price. Anything is above average. If you are looking for Korean restaurants, be sure to find this place.
