The food is very good. The taste is superb. Literally finger-licking good. We usually favor the Mughlai dishes which are generally sweeter but a very refreshing taste that stays in your mouth. However, the Service can definitely improve here by a lot. No where close to the expected standard. 1. Most people taking your order look like forced labor. No smile. They would rather appear to be sulking and this was during all three visits of ours in the last 1 month alone. 2. They have limited juice and mojito options. What they have, too is not fresh in options. 3. They have poor Mobile reception. You barely get a single-bar of connectivity. Sometimes, it could seem that it's intentional but if so, they don't market it like "focus on the food and leave the tech outisde." 4. They do have good atmosphere but the chairs/seats in the Non-AC area definitely need to be replaced. They are bulky, not comfortable, difficult to adjust and do not fit with the overall ambience.

Have been a regular customer of 7 Plates for quite a while now. All of us in our family are particularly fond of their rolls & biryani etc which are different from what you get in other restaurants. Only grouse is that the owners need to step up their game as far as maintenance & basic interior cleanliness is concerned. They enjoy good sales & footfalls & therefore they should be investing more in the appearance of their restrooms & seating etc. Attached pics show how dirty their restroom & chair upholstery have become. Please improve on this factor.

I recently dined at 7 Plates in HRBR Layout, and it was an unforgettable culinary journey. The restaurant's ambience was inviting, and the service was prompt and attentive. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Non-Veg Platter. It was a feast for the senses, featuring a delectable assortment of meats that were perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Each bite was bursting with flavour, and the generous portions left us completely satisfied. Another standout dish was the Chicken Angara Kebab. The smoky, charred flavours of the kebab were complemented by a rich and spicy marinade. It was a true gastronomic delight that left a lasting impression. The restaurant's menu offers a wide variety of dishes to cater to different tastes, and the quality of ingredients and preparation was evident in every bite. It's one of thr hot spots in and around the area. They offer variety of kababs, tikkas, tandoori, gravies and other sides. There's even rotis, naans, kulcha, biriyani amongst the popular one's. The prices are quite high but the food tastes great and the quantity is reasonable. They provide both dine in and take away too. If you are a fan of tikkas and tabdoori chicken dishes, you must try here!
