My mother had a lump and it turned out to be a tumor related disease and without any delay she was admitted by Dr. Poornima mam's suggestion. The facilities at ESI Hospital are top-notch, providing a comforting environment during pre-surgery period. The entire staff, from nurses to administrative personnel, showed a high level of support and empathy. Dr. Poornima deserves special thanks for her expertise and dedication. She performed a successful surgery and showcased her genuine concern for my mother's well-being. Surgery was done on 01-Dec-2023, and until now my mother's health is at good condition. My name is Arul Francia and my mother name is Arul Mary who was diagoned with Breast Cancer and we Consulted the Oncology department Dr Poornima who is like God for all patients specially to my mother. This was our experience. She guided us with much love and care. On 11th she operated on my mother. she takes care of the patience as her own and treat them with love, motivates them and encourages them which is very much needed for the patience.
