Food taste is good on all varieties. Billing person is aged and not much user friendly so take the bill and go on .....

Recently visited this restaurant for breakfast , the restaurant or darshini is located near Kumaraswamy layout water tank road opposite to heritage super market . It a pretty old restaurant and has been renovated recently couple years back . Coming to food I ordered- 1. Idly vada Samber - the idly was served fresh infront of me , it was hot soft and fluffy . The vada was of Adequate size and was really good , it wasn't oily or soggy and the amount of pepper was balanced . The Samber was really good , it had the typical darshini depth of flavour , sadly it was slightly diluted which was surprising cause they usual dilute the chutney but here only the Samber was diluted . 2.masala dosa - the dosa was quite big compared to usual masala dosa I have had and was roasted to perfection, exactly to my taste . The aloo filing however is exactly like how one would make it at home , it wasn't bad just wish they had put their twist or something on it nonetheless , the Loo filing with the dosa went really well with the spicy coconut chutney . Overall I really loved the place , it is a typical darshini with some great south indian breakfast . The prices are low , 35 bucks for 2 idly , vada and 30 bucks for a masala dosa which is really worth it cause it is bigger than your usual dosa and tastes real good . It isn't the best I ever had but the it really good for the price !
