Good busy branch!! Visited the branch recently to get a service with respect to my account. The branch was very busy and hence it took time to resolve the issue. I observed that the branch staff takes care of senior citizens and patiently answers to their questions. I would like to thank Mr. Abhishek and Ms. Bhuvaneshwari for going out of their way to address my concern with my account. Mr.Abhishek even followed up with me to check if the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. By the way he is also a good trainer as I saw him teaching one of his staffs about the process. Mr Rakesh, the Deputy branch manager was very cordial in helping me for getting my demat account closed. There were few issues with my form submission. He personally called me and helped me in resubmitting the form. My shares were transferred and my account got closed in just 2 days without any hassles. Thanks a ton!
