This is a great place for having some fun post work or an exhausting day, and offers some great music. Their food is good, but their drinks are slightly on the expensive side. For a large (60 ml) glass of whiskey (BP), I had to end up paying 500, which for me is slightly on the higher side, as I can get it for much cheaper at other places. On the other hand their beer is cheaper. Other than this, this place is a great place for some chill vibes, and you can totally have a blast.

Ah the Local, a quiet cozy pub right on 80 feet road where you walk in and feel like you haven't stepped too far away from home. This place is one of the last few places in Bangalore where the crowd feels familiar and the energy has been consistent. Rock music on Wednesdays and Karaokes on Sundays, it's a perfect blend of an old school bar and a feeling of getting together with friends on Christmas Eve. This also happens to be the first place I visited when I came to Bangalore about 6 years ago so I may be biased. Do visit and experience this for yourself.

I have been a regular since a year and I can vouch for the excellent service, chill vibe, and friendly atmosphere of this joint. The waiters are friendly and take in special food requests, the beer is chilled, and the crowd is interesting and friendly. Must visit for anyone looking for a fun evening.

A decent hangout place especially for the younger crowd. We decided to move on after a couple of drinks and a non veg platter which was just 4 different kinds of chicken. We liked the drinks, food was average. The music was a little loud for our liking but there was a big group of young crowd dancing and enjoying the music.
