A rare gem among large, gated apartment communities. Spread over a humungous area (~3km perimeter), it is exceptional in terms of its sense of space. Buildings are not tightly packed to squeeze the most value out of the land area, but instead spread wide apart. Way wide apart with trees and parks in between. The facilities are exceptional too: 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a volleyball court, 3 badminton courts, 2 squash courts, a gym, at least 8 play pens for kids, 3 grocery stores, a spa and salon, and best of all… a REAL grass football/cricket field! That’s unheard of. Livability is excellent too: traffic is diverted to a sub-terrain network (so you never ever hear or encounter any traffic), large open spaces with trees to sit out in and chat with your neighbors, a safe environment that you can literally leave your doors open in, and an interconnected shopping mall that you can walk up to.

Lovely beautiful complex with lots of open space, green area, beautiful swimming pool, gym, game areas, a few shopping marts, helpful neighbors, lots of play area parks! Lovely place for senior citizens also.. people have tons of different groups to hang out with. Ideal place for bachelors also! Lovely internal layouts of flats.. not seen any flat close to this layout. Beautiful landscapes! A cosmopolitan community with respect for diversity! Very strong community sense within residents. Malls, five star hotels, lots of eateries around this place. I am a resident and I just love this complex!!

Apartments are good and spacious. Definitely costly. And the drawback is lot of hidden costs by the management council. Facilities are very well maintained. Great festivities vibe, one of the best in country without exaggeration. Less number of badminton court causes issues with society members getting ample opportunity. Tenants are treated 2nd class w.r.t cost, additional cost in maintenance is to be borne by people who live in rent. Owners do not pay those extra amount in maintenance bill, which to me is plain discrimination. People who rent gets a different coloured access card, then owners. Illogical move-out fees(Rs. 3000 every-time) to be paid when you take in a 8-ft/10-ft vehicle inside the society even after paying the hefty maintenance bill. The buildings have not been painted from outside for a long time. Fees to be paid to society separately if you hire external help. Water leaking in B1/B2 is as common as it can get. Society can improve on a lot of things, but do not stop yourself from moving in, this is one of best place to live in, except if management gets smarter and fairer to everyone and not just tenants.
