The best customer service I have ever received from any bank in India. They go above and beyond to serve the customers. I will happily do banking in this branch again and would recommend this branch to everybody. Some representatives are very friendly and helpful even when they don’t have to. I would recommend this branch’s staff to train other branches on customer service, especially the Kasturi Nagar ICICI branch.

I am based in Dubai, and had issues with my loan account. Darshan Kumar Deputy branch manager has been extremely helpful and curteous in assisting me through this process and in a timely manner. His service is commendable by all standards.

Having been a customer with them for a decade now and they have cordial staff to take care of every request, icici bank is known for tech adoption and it's clearly visible here with self service cash deposit machines etc.
Overall, a great bank with amazing relationship manager to help you with all facilities and queries customised as per your account type.
