I placed an order for the fried rice and biryani combo through Zomato. While I had a positive experience with their fried rice in the past, this time, my concerns were twofold. Firstly, I was uncertain if the taste would be consistent with my previous orders, and secondly, the delivery took an unusually long time. However, one aspect that remained commendable was their packaging; it was well done, as usual. Despite some doubts about taste and a prolonged delivery, their packaging standards maintained their reliability.

Having experienced excellent customer service when I purchased a Sony Bravia TV from Electricshop last year, I was happy to consider them again when I was looking for a new Home Cinema AV Receiver. I discussed the prospective purchase with Ed, from the Sales Team, who I dealt with last year. He was extremely helpful like last time and kept me updated after I proceeded with the purchase. The product arrived on time as promised and in excellent condition. Looking ahead, I'll be more than happy to consider Electricshop for future purchases. I recommend them highly.
