I was called to bank for certain paper work n had all the worries on waiting and regular pre judgement of being asked to wait too long and get to finish a work within 2-3 days instead of an Hr. But trust me, the staff were on leave but the manager n chief along with two other staff in office.. they did their best to attend every customer n I could finish my work in 30 min max. They were patient enough to respond to my queries n made the process easy for me. They even followed up after I left the office to ensure I was not confused just in case. Im happy!
