Street Tapas

Todo estupendo. Los platos deliciosos, entrega a tiempo, se siente frescos los ingredientes, y el servicio en general muy bueno. Lo que único que nos sorprendió fue el precio del pan pues cada pan individual de tamaño pequeño cuesta 2 euros cada uno, lo que nos pareció algo costoso, pero lo demás a buen precio considerando el sector y la ciudad. Volveríamos

I came here on my holiday and the atmosphere here is brilliant and that is what the 4 stars are for! I was offered a seat outside one of the many restaurants in Tapas Alley. I ordered a beer when I sat down. When the waiter came to take my order, he snatched the menu out of my hand and started tapping his finger on the front. He was trying to sell me the T-bone steak which I didn't want. I ordered calamari and patatas bravas, both badly cooked and so bland. The sauce on the potatoes was ok, but failed to deliver any real flavour. I asked for the bill and had been charged for two beers, just shocking! I was desperate to get out of there so left the money, but didn't take the receipt, so have no clue what the restaurant was called. I remember there being a tapas bar opposite with lots of dishes inside a glass counter and the place I'd gone had big padded chairs and a sign with the street name which I thought was the restaurant name. There are far better looking places to eat all around that look like they do some proper food/tapas with friendlier service!
