By chance, my husband and I walk into the taproom last October we sat at the bar and met the bartender her name is Audra and she made our time there wonderful, she makes the best drinks ever definitely get what you pay for by the end of the evening we became Facebook friends. I happen to visit last week and was still impressed with the place everyone was so nice and accommodating and Audra still makes the best drinks ever. I would definitely recommend going there. PS there Crispy Chicken and Lemongrass Potstickers is amazing so is there turkey club sandwich

Food was average. Service was good. Ambiance was nice. First visit to tap room for lunch. Ordered chicken potstickers, coli flower crusted flatbread and baby arugula salad with chicken. The flatbread was a little soggy and topped off with way too much sun dried tomatoes. The salad could have used a lot more cheese. The potstickers were the best of the 3, though my wife thought the cardamom flavor a bit overwhelming.

First of all, the Manhattan with maple bourbon was fabulous. The mushroom ravioli was oozing with creative flavors while the braised short rib was as tender as a fond young lover’s dream.

I stay at Hotel B often for work. We always enjoy heading to the Tap Room for drinks. Audra at the bar is awesome! She’s friendly, goes above & beyond, not to mention, makes a pretty mean Tito’s gimlet 😁

I had never been here before and must say it was very nice and inviting. The staff were very friendly and took good care of me. I ordered the classic eggs Benedict which came with home fries and while it was very good the only reason I took a star off was because the eggs were not perfectly poached. I would come back though as a had a great experience otherwise.

Absolutely lovely. Beautiful surroundings, very nice lunch and waitress. We happened to be there during a fashion show which was a nice surprise. Restrooms are immaculate. If we didn't live in NC, we would definitely go there again especially during Bethlehem's Christmas time.

They were so good for so long, even through covid. I’m not sure what change in the restaurant but the last time we went, the food took an hour, service was horrible and the food wasn’t edible. I’m giving 3 stars based on past experiences and hoping they get it together, but 0 stars based on the last experience.

We went for my in-laws 50th anniversary dinner on Sat Feb 5th. Seated to table right @ 6:00 (Duke/NC happened to tip-off @ that exact moment on the big TV next to our table). Service was, shall we say, extremely slow. I realize that things are busy on a Sat night for any restaurant, but check this out: dinner orders taken ~6:15. 1st bread didn't arrive until 6:30. 2nd bread ~7:00 with waiters apologies on food delay. Apparently our order had somehow gotten "piggybacked" with an order from the 1741 Terrace on the opposite side of the lobby. Salads arrived ~7:15. Food didn't arrive until 5 minutes of game left (~7:45). Sorry folks, for a high end dining destination charging $30-$50 for entrees, I expect better. While there was a complimentary bottle of champagne supplied since it was a 50th anniversary, I didn't care for the taste. Just my opinion, others at the table seemed to enjoy it. Waters were topped up sporadically and my ginger ale was never offered a refill (and neither were my kids'). Given how slow the food service was, one would think the waiter or manager would check in earnestly to make up for it. Food was "okay." Didn't knock my socks off given the high-brow venue & pricing (I had the NY strip, which was the highest $$$ entree on the menu @ $46). Others at my table got the lobster mac & cheese, which was pretty good by all accounts. As I was stewing, waiting the eons for my food to arrive, and pondering how to adjust the tip according to the level of service received that night, come to find out the gratuity is already added in when the bill comes. Ah well, maybe it was because we had a table of 7 & it's their policy, but I missed seeing that on the menu or the website, if it's there. I will say that the hotel lobby & seating area is very nice, and other tables around me seemed to be enjoying the service, but mine was not good. Your mileage may vary for your visits. I will not be returning.
