I previously had to stop coming to this DD because of my food always being undercooked and drinks ever having enough flavor or just made poorly but recently due to new management, this is now back to being my go to DD! The new manager is such a sweetheart and she knows her stuff!! Impressed and very pleased. Thank you so much!! I missed my blueberry Matcha and maple bacon😁 🍁 🥓 🍵 ❤️
Oh and the girl who works at the register is awesome too!! Best at making my Matcha🥰

Second time this month they just have totally given up on making mobile orders (the other was 4/14). Getting a refund, as they suggested both times, requires a 10 minute phone call. I can’t believe they *knowingly* accept mobile orders that they don’t intend to fill… I really wish this franchisee would please get their act together.

I love this dunkin donuts. They are so nice & helpful. Every time I go with my daughter, the owner gives my daughter a free donut & it makes her so happy. This is probably the best customer service I had at any Dunkin’ Donuts.

Painfully slow in the morning with mobile orders - backed up, lost orders, disorganized

This used to be my go-to Dunkin but recently it has changed a bit. My orders are made the way I liked them but not terrible either. I also have to wait 8 times out of 10 for my on-the-go order. Never had to do that up until the past couple of months.

Ordered through grubhub and instead of letting me know, they were out of everything bagel they slapped on cream cheese in between two croissants.

While order on the go is nice, it allows you to make orders that are not fulfilled. Thus DD takes your money and will not return it. Their customer service even responded with nonsense that has nothing to do with your request.

Word from employees is that this location is selling expired sandwhich/bakery items to keep money in the owners pockets. This is not racist by any means, but this isn’t the first Indian owned franchise that cuts corners to pocket any store profit they can. This is a health hazard. I miss the old owner and crew.
