The staff here are wonderful and seem to always remember my order (: I'm allergic to dairy and they are very careful with my drinks but quick to fix it if they make a mistake without complaint. Yes, sometimes the service is slower, but for me, their customer service attitude more than makes up for the time in the line. After many terrible experiences at the Dunkin on the strip, this is my go to.

After having to suffer through the Dunkin' and the Jittery Joe's across the main highway, this was a welcome relief on my trip to Athens in December 2019. Apart from some good coffee in Athens, this was the only place with a decent cup made the way it should be. The service was quick and the staff knew how to fill our special orders that we have learned on the West Coast.

There is a girl who works here named Cat — she is the BIGGEST sweetheart!!!! Her customer service is amazing and she is always so kind. Not only does she NEVER seem irritated by a complicated order and she always gets my order right!! It makes me want to come back to this Starbucks just because she is so amazing it makes the whole experience better!

I ordered one of their summer special drinks today and thoroughly enjoyed it’s delightful flavor. However I didn’t like the smell of my obese cashier. The workers their just don’t appreciate their costumers. I love the drink tho.

Everytime I come to this location there is one person working. It’s very busy with 10 -12 people waiting in line, and they have one poor guy doing it all himself. Get him some help. It shouldn’t take 10-15 to get a coffee.

I walked into the relatively small starbucks and expected to have a very good drink. I got a special drink, and it was very delicious. However, the obese cashier that took my order didn’t appreciate me. Loved the drink. Will return soon
