Mcdonald's

The food was good. However, the service is basically non-existent. I did a Mobil order and was getting curbside pickup. I waited over 15 minutes for them to finally bring me my order. Before I got my order, I had two other kids bringing out orders and having no idea whose they were. They would go each car asking if that was that person's order. This place needs to get their act together.

I come here Every time we go shopping for the day. They just recently started to mess up. Today we went there today and we ordered $30.00 of food, we got a Big Mac and there was no meat at all, then we also got a mc chicken and they didn’t give it to us. The box that the Big Mac came in was all beat up. We went back and the last was really nice and yelled at everyone but the girls in the back had a attitude

This is the worst McDonald I've experienced!!! The sad part it's the closest to me. But it never fails. Every time I go it's a long wait to get your order. Mist of the time is wrong. Their customer service is horrible. Why employe people that they don't want to work with the public!! I ordered a hamburger and it's so dry because they failed to put mayo spread that McDonald has. See photo. Almost chocked on it trying to swallow it.!! I hate going there!!

Last night I went to the McDonald’s on Loganville hwy in Bethlehem. I know with McDonald’s comes bad association with their brand but must they always live down to there standards. I ordered a burger…. I didn’t realize I would need to specify to actually cook it….. this location is trash and I suggest never eating here Update: Made a complaint to corporate and much to no one’s surprise they don’t care enough to get back with me.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Yet, I keep returning and my order is wrong, missing items, or a completely melted slushie more times than not. I never learn. Worst customer service ever as well. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to turn right back around and get back in line because they have left a fry out or nuggets. Parents…if you have hungry children STAY AWAY! This place will mess up your entire day! I don’t know who the manager is there, but we need a new one! Preferably one who knows how to run a fast food chain restaurant. Tonight is a prime example: Picked kids up, grabbed McDonald’s on our way home, surprise NO FRIES! Got back in line, told her I was missing fries, asked for my receipt, was questioned, nobody knows what is going on in that place. No apology. No NOTHING. Worst place on the planet. Avoid at all all costs. Cook at home! Trust me it’s not worth it!
