Weirdest experience ever. No one in drive thru when we arrived so we figured it would be a pretty good experience, we ordered a nachos bel grande meal with no beans and extra meat, a chicken quesadilla combo and an extra crunchy taco on the side. The lady working drive thru literally wouldn’t reach her arm out to hand me my food. I had to practically put my head out my car window to grab everything. At one point she even pulled back a bit as I grabbed the food..They made us pull around to the patio even though there was no one else at the drive thru… and then we get home and are missing a crunchy taco and they literally gave us NO MEAT on the nachos bel grande. It also looks like wolverine got mad at the quesadilla. Like how do you even cut something this terribly? Like I said, it was just generally weird and disappointing. Lady seemed a bit tweaked out if you ask me.

Placed my order in the app for carry-out pickup. It was ready before I got there and took less than 30 seconds to get it at the counter. The manager was super friendly and actually seemed happy to see me although I had never been to this location. I got a Cravings Box with a Crunchwrap, Beefy 5-layer Burrito, and Fiesta Potatoes. I asked for 6 packets of hot sauce and they included about 10 in the box, along with a fork and napkin. Super considerate. The Crunchwrap was the best and thickest one I’ve ever eaten. I was too full to touch my burrito after it! Definitely stopping here again next time I’m in the area. The store was very clean, too. There’s also a nice covered patio with several patio tables and chairs.

They made a 3 car line go big in minutes. They had everyone waiting at least 5 - 8 minutes before ordering. When I ordered I politely asked if I could please have hot sauce with my order. They didn't put any hot sauce at all in the box. Them tacos were too dry!! No napkins either!! That's the last time I go there!!

This store is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to, every time that I go there and I mean every time, I special order my items without things and they can't even open their eyes and read enough to figure out how a customer wants their food. I'm tired of spending $10 to get everything wrong and not be able to eat my food. This is a system built on customer satisfaction but these people do not care about these customers in the slightest. You can tell they don't want to be at their job, and you can tell that none of them take pride in anything that they do. I get it it's not the best job, but you can take a little bit of time to at least read and make an order. I don't know how difficult it is to leave off creamy jalapeno sauce of a quesadilla or how hard it is to not put sour cream in a quesarito, but apparently it's really difficult because these people can't figure it out.

Given this location multiple chances and they still suck. Employees are rude and don’t care. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait and I said that was fine. The woman asked me to pull around the building and get back in line and I told her no because there was people behind me. Not only did I wait the 15 minutes, when I pulled up to the window they made me pull forward and wait an additional 10 minutes before the food came out. After all of this trouble THE FOOD WASN’T CORRECT. Everything was wrong and not a single item was how it was supposed to be. Save the headache and go to the Taco Bell in winder or Monroe, this location needs to be shut down!

This place is terrible. I pass by this place all the time and it is never busy and after trying it for the first time now i know why. The lady that took my order tried to rush me like they were so busy when i was the only person there. They said they did not have items that are plainly visible on their menu and when i asked about the secret menu the lady was extremely rude. on top of that i asked for a lot of FIRE sauce and the lady only gave me around 3 HOT sauce. i had to ask again for A LOT of FIRE sauce because I had a big order and she handed about 3. tired of the poor service i drove off. i live about 5 minutes away from this place and when i got home, i took out the food and got the greasiest tacos i ever got at a taco bell. on top of all that it was messy, cold, and barely any toppings other than the lettuce. Never going back there again.
