El Pollo Loco

I come here often since it's a nice restaurant that provides a simple yet delicious dinner for my family. However, my husband recently ordered from here online, and it has been two days since we have heard back with a refund since we did not ever receive our food that day. There was no indication that the place was closed, and yet we were allowed to order and was told to come pick it up. I cannot check if they are open in the morning and afternoon since we are all out of the house and the kids are at school. I tried calling multiple times and there is never an answer. I would love to hear back from someone to address this problem, thanks!

I am a regular! on January 11th, I did an online order I was outside waiting for my ordered and when I got notified it was complete on the app I walk towards the door and it said”sorry we are closed”. I was confused & one of the employees (male) asked me if I was doing a pickup ordered & apologized for the inconvenience that they would cancel my order. He said I would get my refund it’s been since January 11th and have not gotten my refund! I contacted el pollo loco through the app since Saturday & have not gotten any response! I also tried calling this location & they never pick up!

Busy location two entrances very roomy plenty of seating !!extra parking in the back... Tip jar should be added ,I was impressed how nice the cashier's were handling all their orders . Manager responds to all requests at a super fast pace ,food is served hot and portions plenty and prices just perfect. You can always order on line using the El pollo loco app. Thank you,great service!!
