Papa Johns Pizza

Located in a small strip plaza. Front of the house looked clean and presentable. Pizza lacked flavor, very bland and the presentation wasn't the greatest. The cuts were off, some were 5 inches wide and a some were only two inches. I've eaten quite a few pies in my day but I've never seen one cut like that. Staff was friendly but all business, no small talk.

Not my favorite pizza, but it's closeby. Tastes exactly what your expect from Papa John's. Being located in a strip mall, it's not easy to spot, but Google Maps will get you there no problem. The store is small but clean. Employees are awesome, always seem happy, & follow COVID guidelines. I suggest ordering online, as coupons are easy to find on the internet, ranging from 20%-50% off your order.

The pizza isnt really that good, we ordered 2 large pizzas and a ordr of stuffed cheese sticks. When i arrived to pickup the food i walked in and wasn't greated, there was 7 employees working but they all seemed busy in the back, i found it odd with that man employees that no one was at the register greating customers as it took about 5 minutes to see if i had been helped. Definitely not the best pizza around but thought i would give it a try, i ahould have just gone elsewhere.

Placed a large delivery order totaling over $80 from the Beverly Hills, Florida, Papa John’s. Our food never arrived. We called the restaurant and were told they didn’t have a record of our order. We were given the customer service hotline number. Called that number and the representative assured us our credit card would be refunded. Called the day shift manager the next day to inform him of the situation. He told us that since the order was never entered into the computer our credit card would not even be charged. It was. With a $5 tip added. Customer service did not issue a refund, neither did the store. Papa John’s will never get our family’s business again. Horrible customer service.
