Old Chicago

I thought the pizza was good (was hoping for more olive besides one thrown on each slice. More mixed in would have been better) and the desert cookie was phenomenal. We hit happy hour from 4-6pm so the beer pints and appetizers were half off. The chairs in the bar were unstable and rocked but good atmosphere

Went to old Chicago, billings mt. And just wanted a quick lunch. Wasn't busy and we ordered 3 appetizers. Figured quick easy and we'd be done. We'll after finally getting seated and getting waitress to come over and take our drink order, which was appox 20 mins. When she returned with drinks, which was water(really complicated, lol) we gave her our order. Sat and chatted and waited and waited. At the 1 hour mark, daughter went up to see what was going getting on( waitress had not returned) my daughter asked that they make it to go, approx 20 mins later a guy bought our bill and bag with our food. We did not get any kind of apology, or discount. We left started eating right away and everything was cold and the artichoke dip was in a bowl and if it was 2/3 cup we were lucky. I was very unimpressed and more than likely will not return.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I don’t do reviews, In fact this is the first one. But the burger my fiancé ordered was absolutely disgusting. We ordered our food through Uber eats and the food was WAY undercooked, she ordered waffle fries, avocado and ranch with her burger (WHICH WE PAID EXTRA FOR) and didn’t get any of that. Said medium for the burger and the burger was borderline rare/medium rare like a sponge. Absolutely disgusting and made out of laziness just because we ordered later in the night before close doesn’t mean you can be lazy about your work

Went to the Old Chicago in Billings Montana yesterday (3-25-22), it was the first time we had been there in about 10 years and we now remember why it's been so long since we went there. It took 2 hours to get our food. The appetizers were great but when we got the entree we were too full to enjoy it because we waited so long to get it the other food settled, the Mac and cheese my sister got was dry like it had been under the heat lamps for a long time. They forgot my niece's wings and when they brought them they were the wrong ones. The overall experience was not ok. I don't think we will be going back anytime soon.

I recall coming here many many years ago and absolutely hating it. I have come to reverse my thoughts on Old Chicago, as I've now come here 3 separate times in the last two months. Good food, great selection of drinks, although my one complaint is that our food took some time to get out the last time I was there, and it was obvious to me that it had sat for quite some time before being brought to me. Overall, not bad, and definitely my first choice for late night dining, but if other pizza places are open, Old Chicago generally isn't an option.
