Subway

If I could give no stars I would. We ordered two sandwiches through Uber Pickup. We got to the store a little early and waited in the car for a notification that our order was ready. Once we got the notification we went inside and waited for nearly five minutes for the employee to stop sweeping and assist us. After this we got our subs and headed home. Upon arriving home we realized that our entire order was wrong. My sandwich was supposed to have no veggies, whereas my wife's should've had many that were missing. Both sandwiches were on wheat bread instead of what we ordered. Neither sandwich had the extra meat and cheese we paid for. The chips and cookies we paid for are also nowhere to be found. So I called the store to get an explanation. Once the worker eventually answered the phone, she asks how she can help and I state that we just picked up an online order. She has the audacity to ask if the bread is wrong and apologize saying that they only had wheat. (In my opinion changing someone's order merits a phone call) I reply with, well that's a start but literally everything is wrong with our order. She said I'm sorry I didn't make it. So here I am writing a review about how disappointing the food is, disgusting the workers attitudes are, and dissatisfied you will be if you go here. I recommend just headed over to Shiloh and getting food from one of the amazing sandwich shops there. Don't waste your time or money on this dump.

Horrible Service. I went in this subway to get a chicken protein bowl just like I do every week. Not even a hello how may I help you. They guy just looked at me and waited for me to talk. The chicken is usually cut up into bite size pieces just like their advertised and they were going to put one big piece of chicken on the salad. When I asked to have it cut up they said we don’t have to do that. Very rude and will not be back.

This subway is very sloppy they use the same knife to cut everyone’s sandwich open they didn’t put the sandwich on napkins the had food all over the floor they are not organized at all and half of my food is still cold that should not be there sodas are too carbonated. We also did. It get any napkins with our food and they seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.

Ordered on the app, picked it up. Ticket showed my name and correct wrap (steak and cheese w/guac, chipotle -the recommended toppings). Opened it to find chicken with sweet onion and guac. Second time I've had to call for a refund, which they are always good about, but I shouldn't have to do. I stopped ordering in house, because the employees at this store, don't know what the recommended toppings are- which is what I usually ask for. The app gives them the list and I don't have to wait, but clearly that doesn't work either.

Showed up when store was about to close and a few people in line ahead of me and to my dismay only one person working. Surprisingly the man working was extremely quick, accurate and friendly. I have been served by four people and together they were slower than this guy. Thanks Tommy. It was great meeting you.

On the most part the staff at this location is really friendly. However I feel a few of them need to be educated on how to wear the mask. It doen't go below the nose. And also if they cough they should do so where customers can not see them and they should wash their hands each time they touch their mask.
