The Great American Bagel

had ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese. First delivery I got a plain bagel with cream cheese, I called I was super nice and understanding, then I called and waited a whole hour for my everything bagel with cream cheese warmed and when it got here not cut no cream cheese not warm. Was a little disappointed.

I love that you offer delivery for the people that cannot leave their home office. Coffee is good, however, I specifically asked for NO EGG. sausage and cheese only and it came with egg and no cheese.. Now normally I wouldn't complain but what's the point of having 'special Instructions' if you're not going to read or follow them? I'm sure this is a one-time issue so hopefully whoever is looking at orders well start reading instructions. Thank you

Staffing has changed and their customer service skills have decreased significantly. They don't greet you like they use to also packaging has changed, they use to put pickles and bagel chips in a box for you to go. Now they just wrap the sandwiches and throw them in a bag. I have been there several times lately, hoping after this covid they would improve and figured one time there would be a thank you but their staff is young, too rushed, they forget to thank customers and smile. They use to have great attitudes in the morning and now it has changed so much. I hope they can change back to not being so stressed and overwhelmed. I hope this review helps them improve i truly wish them the best. They use to be one of my favorite places to go with family.
