Arby's

This is the second time I have come to this Arby's and stood at the front counter for multiple minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Whether this is your position to work or not, you should still be greeting your customers or at least letting them know someone will be with them soon. This really should be common sense for any person to know, but I guess you need to train them to be polite.

Okay 2 ⭐️ and here is why Service is so slow and only drive up. Yes I know they are short on staff. We all are and that would be taken a little more lightly if I could get a decent meal. It's either messed up, cold, missing 1 to several items and is maybe half as good as it used to be. On average the curly fries are cold and soggy, had several flat drinks, and even once the meat was so bad we trashed it. I just say that we understand short handed and slower times if the food quality and making sure the orders were correct was there. Was going to give a 1⭐️ but occasionally they'll get it right and it's the old Arby's we love
