Red Door Lounge

My friends from high school have been going to The Red Door the first Monday of every month for years. We even had our 50th class reunion there. For the last four months we have had terrible service. Our orders are often wrong. Some of us wait a very long time to get our orders while others have finished eating. Last night we complained that three of our group had waited a very long time for their food. We got confronted by an angry manager shoving a ticket in our face that the order was given to the kitchen 15 minutes prior. We disagreed that the server took the order well over half an hour ago. I had asked for a refill on a Pepsi and he went and got it and slammed it on the table. He then kept arguing that we were wrong about the timing and pointing to the ticket. He was extremely rude. He also said that the server had only been on the job 3 weeks. We have had the same server for four months. We will never eat or drink there again. Since when do managers argue with customers?
