Domino's Pizza

Nothing like ordering pizza and getting it saying your pizza would be ready 37 min. Then after the order was placed and kids were told dinner was coming I get an email stating it would be 52-70min. After almost 90 min I called to see where the pizza was. We all know how pleasant hungry kids are. As I began calling I dbl checked the app again and it stated over 80 min. Heck we passed that time already. Then when the woman answered the phone she advised me that the app time was just estimation and then smarted off that it was to be expected on a Friday. Really!! I could have ordered at a dozen other places but they said it was 37 min. According to the app it was over an hour before the pizza was even made. Don’t order from this place if you Hope to feed your kids the same day or expect any type of apology for messing up. The driver was the only good part. He was great

We have had nothing but trouble with this location. I have tried giving them multiple chances, but they fail every time. Orders take at least an hour for a simple cheese and pepperoni pizza. Not to mention they are usually sloppily put together. Do NOT order here if you want a decent pizza within a reasonable time, you will be sorely disappointed.

The way our order was handled was atrocious! When we called in to enquire why after 30 minutes our pies/dinner wasn't even in the oven a delivery driver (who fielded the call) arbitrarily decided to cancel our order and hung up on us. When I called back to speak to the manager, we were placed on hood for 8 minutes. We then drove to the restaurant to make an in person complaint. We have been using Dominoes for over 25 years and this location for 6. We will never step into a Dominoes again. The location was Billings Heights.

Worst. Experience. Ever. The delivery driver was absolutely amazing, but there were some items wrong. So, when I called to fix it, the manager was a complete NIGHTMARE. That voice is enough to make your skin crawl. So unprofessional. Will never order from there again from this location for this reason alone.

The kid Devin is very rude and has no customer service. Slammed the window in my face 4 times and threw my change in my hand most of it hittint the ground. Will not be going back to this store and id recommend going to another pizza store out of the 8 in the heights. Disappointed with the service and food cause that wasnt even right.

On Christmas Eve!...My husband and I ordered three pizzas. We had waited over an hour for our order... I kept going outside to my truck to check on gifts we had in the back! The guy working kept telling me my order was almost ready, when people who ordered after me got they're orders already. Finally after asking over 4times we walked out and she locked the door on us but they're was an employee out there with us so she had to let him back in. We asked for the manager but she was very rude. Not Cool on Chrstmas Eve! I have a video as well. Horrible
