Burger King

I downloaded the BK app just to place a huge order for my company's morning meeting. I arrived to the location and my first impression was that the store looked dirty and run down. Even the parking lot looked trashy. I pulled into the drive through and rolled my window down. At that point, someone sitting in the car parked by the entrance hollered out, "We're closed, we don't open until 10:30, I have no staff or products" I showed up to the meeting without breakfast, and I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund.

I have ordered from this location in the past and received the same sort of experience. They do not make sure the orders are correct if it variates from the standard. I ordered a burger /just now/ with no mayonnaise and no ketchup because I am a severely picky eater. I am having trouble with my appetite, and this is likely going to be the only thing i've eaten today because of mental health mess. To not be able to contact the store directly and notify them of the issue is bad. I called for over 30 minutes and no one's picked up the phone. The rror came from the store and now i'm having to haggle with DoorDash who was the courier for my order, to get my money back because I cannot EAT MY MEAL. I work in customer service. I am upset while typing this, but the lack of communication is awful when i'm having to call the courier to do something that the store itself cannot.

Just ordered a simple spicy patty melt, Patties cheese, sauce, jalapenos, caramelized onions on toast with an additional 1$ slice of tomato. What I got was a tough greasy gristle patty smothered in SWEATY (Not melty) old American cheese. No sauce, no onion, no jalapeño, no tomato, and the "toast" was soggy mush more akin to bread pudding than toast. I've been periodically calling to let management know that their cooks are making detrimental mistakes however it seems nobody's home or nobody cares. Plain and simply just go to Hardee's next door. Edit: I also asked for honey mustard and buffalo sauce and got bbq and ketchup instead. 🙃

It's very unsettling knowing my food was touched by ungloved hands. During these times I would expect people that work in fast food would wear gloves counting the germs they encounter with handling money to opening doors than back to handling food without washing their hands makes me not want to come back.

This is every morning now that burger king doesnt have iced coffee made it's morning people are headed to work and would like there coffees I'm not the only one i have two friends who stop every morning and they don't get there coffees either. What is burger king to lazy to make the coffee I understand if ur out completely but to not have it made isn't ok do your jobs!
