Little Caesars

I normally brag about Little Cesar's Pizza in the Hts, but I was not happy with my large Pepperoni pizza I ordered on 3-3-2022. When I got it home it was barely warm, half burnt, dry, and didn't have many pepperoni pieces on it. I tried eating one piece, but had to end up throwing the rest away, not happy at all!!

Not really crazy about this location. This trip was the tipping point after continuously receiving disappointing service. The lady taking orders was okay and didn’t have to wait to give my order, but that’s where the service ended. I was told I would need to wait a couple minutes while my pizza (a lunch combo at lunch time) was finished- after 25 minutes and 8 other customers later I finally got my order. While standing around waiting for my order I had time to observe two so called pizza geniuses milling around in the back not doing much and the lady taking orders running back and forth making pizzas and taking orders. The two guys in the back would take a pizza from the machine that places all the toppings on the crust into the oven every couple minutes. Mind you these two individuals are observing the no-shave November tradition with full shaggy beards and no hair net or anything protecting the food they are handling. After watching these two employees work their genius pizza skills for some time I wondered to myself how many beard hairs and/pr particles have fallen on to the pizzas. Thankfully my pie was made by the lady that was running back and forth making pizzas and checking out patrons so the hair concern was moot. Maybe that is why this location wasn’t that busy - and now you’ve lost another customer. Glad I was not in a hurry this time.

Tonight I went to get dinner for my family and the young man working behind the counter named Hayden was very helpful and courteous. Mind you I have a broken Arm and so after I paid for my food Hayden kindly packed everything up and said let’s round it all up and walk you to your car. What a kind respectful young man.
