Steak 'n Shake

So, I recently discovered that Steak 'n Shake is on the Mississippi Gulf Coast located in Harrah's Casino. And guess what??? It is OPEN 24 HOURS!!! So, we went there and ate. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant has an A Rating from the Health Department. It is very clean. The food was awesome and it did not take a long time for us to receive our order fully prepared (without any mistakes). There wasn't too many people in the restaurant when we went to eat there. They have booth seating as well as counter seating. It isn't hard to find once you are inside the casino. All you have to do is ask security for help locating the restaurant. I Highly Recommend eating at this particular Steak 'n Shake. Thank me later.

Great location in the Biloxi Harrahs. The food came out super fast, piping hot and delicious. Had a great waitress and was able to accommodate certain allergies. I works highly recommend their garlic burger and onion rings. The shakes were delicious and they had a strong selection of flavors. I'd recommend if you need a late night grease fix.

Only place I've been down here on the coast that is actually open 24/7 and serves food fast and it always comes out perfect. I had to come back for another one because the cook made my double very delicious. My Fry's could have been better yeah but paid with a shake this place is unbeatable. 10/10 would recommend. And it has become my go to place for lunch 😂 I love it.

Hubby and I just arrived and wanted to grab food before bed. We didn’t mind the wait knowing that most restaurants are short staffed these days. The ridiculous part was that the young lady, shift manager and manager/cook decided to play games and had no respect for each other or the customers. The dining area was gross. The young lady and shift manager Anthony decided to fuss over who was cleaning tables and who was making shakes. Since Anthony decided to clean only his tables she decided not to make his shakes. When we realized what was happening after our food sat on the counter for over 30 mins and (the young lady decided to pull it together) we still had to wait another ten minutes on shakes. We requested the manager/cook in the back and he referred us to the shift manager. We really didn’t want to have to leave to get food do I was just going to request fresh fries but after getting the run around we requested a refund and left. Good luck, hopefully you’ll have a much better experience than we did.

This has got to be the worst steak n shake I've ever been too. First off it's way over priced. For 20 dollars of food, you'll definitely pay 40 for. Second, I asked for no onion and it had onions on it. Third they didn't dress the sandwich properly in the way its suppose to be dressed and it made it taste very poorly. I'll definitely not be dinning here ever again. I could of saved 20 dollars and got a authentic meal 10 minutes down the road. Such a waste of money and time and such a huge disappointment, especially since it use to be a favorite when I lived in Florida and up north. Please save your money and go down the road.

My family and I have gone to Steak n’ Shake for years but this year was very disappointing to say the least, horrible service, shake machine claimed to be broken, my boyfriend and I the past few years have gone to get a late night shake and they claimed the machine was broke but we got a shake the 1st day there, prices were ridiculous compared to other years. 2019 i bought 4 burger meals for $16 this year my boyfriend payed $37 for 2 burgers and 2 shakes not including a drink. The last night of our vacation my family and I decided to get dinner there and when we got our burgers they were drenched in mustard, couldn’t even enjoy the burger had to throw most of it away and got sick a few hours later. Service was horrible, they have a new seating arrangement where u have to place your order before being seated, I want to be able to enjoy my meal not have to wait in a long line to place my order and then go sit, also when we were finally seated there was no service, no one bothered to come and ask how is your meal do yall need a refill on your drink, no I had to go up to the counter and ask for a refill. Steak and shake used to be a wonderful place and environment but sadly has gone down hill and needs to update everything and get better service and food, I will not be going again on my next vacation.

It’s hard enough coming to a Casino to park. I get up to the Counter and ask to redeem my FREE BIRTHDAY meal. The MGR said they don’t accept them. They don’t have a Scanner AND CORPORATE doesn’t reimburse them. I AM HEARBY DELETING MY APP AND ACCT and even though I live 2.5 miles away, WILL NEVER AGAIN DINE WITH STEAK AND SHAKE AGAIN.
