Boomtown Casino Buffet

Mixed in this place. Love the feeling you get coming in from outside look but definitely a smaller place. Half on land and half on barge. Hard for us to be on water unfortunately like that because we get nauseous but that’s just us. Table games were $10 minimums but I feel like a place like this could benefit from even a $5 table here and there. Some old classic slot machines in the back. They were giving away what looked like bed sheets for their loyalty program members. Felt like more a local crowd is who they are targeting. Worth a trip but we didn’t stay long.

Theresa Williams at the players club was phenomenal! She was so helpful, friendly,and full of energy. A great asset! Her customer service was outstanding! The most cordial person we met out of all the casinos we visited. My husband is a police officer and she helped set up our hero account and just so sincere!! Would go back just to see her smiling face! The casino was good too! Will be back soon!!

Wonderful friendly very clean casino recommended to anybody that's visiting the coast has all kinds of amenities you name it they've got it several different places to eat very well kept all kinds of different slot machines table games to play offers free play you can think of it you can do it here you can smoke inside the place but also has non-smoking areas very good buffet excellent seafood selection would recommend it to anybody that is visiting the coast that has never been to a casino or has Gamble

I have been playing and staying(@ their RV Park) at Boomtown Casino for years. The last 18 months it's been horrendous getting into the RV park. The parent casino is Hollywood in Bay St. Louis, MS. Just in my last 2 trips we had to wait over 45 minutes to get in. This last time, a resident in the park came and opened the gate for us. We were assured Security would right over to help. It's been 1 hour and 35 minutes, and to no one's surprise, security has yet to show up. Absolutely abhorrent to treat your customers this way.
