Firehouse Subs

This location deserves the 5 stars without a doubt. Employees were very welcoming and pleasant. 👏👏 staff, I wish others in the service industry would model your behavior. This location was very clean to include their bathroom. My husband and I both got the chicken / bacon sandwich and it was delicious! Their sweet tea is good too! They had indoor and outdoor seating and enough room for a small crowd. I have attached photos of the entrance, interior, our food, menu, and our bill. You're not waisting your money eating here! Again, great job!

I went to this restaurant to pick up an order for somebody else that they had already placed online and paid for. They seemed a little slow to get things together but when the order was ready no one verified what was in the bag. The person I was getting the food for ordered a bag of chips and a soda and no one made sure I got it I just grabbed it on my own. Even when I asked the young man behind the counter about the chips he actually said we don’t have chips but yet they have 24 racks of chips there. Not real professional and not real attentive to the customer

Was drawn in because of a birthday promotion they are running . If you download their app, you get a free medium sub on your birthday. Well, I decided to give it a try, and, unfortunately, I was left very disappointed. Bread was extremely soggy, and it was just not what I expected. I left half of the sandwich uneaten, which honestly, Is highly unusual as I LOVE subs .I am on the fence about giving them a second try tho. The staff at the Pass Rd. location Were very friendly though.
