My friend needed to go to cricket for her phone - I was hungry, so I went to the location at 2348 Pass Rd Ste A, Biloxi, MS 39531. I was impressed on how friendly the staff was & how they worked together - Also I was also impressed how clean the restaurant was - even the restroom (handy-capped accessible). Whitney , my order taker was very friendly & helpful. Great experience - Highly recommend this restaurant.

I know Jimmy Johns prides themselves on being “freaky fast” but this location is very very slow. I waited 10 min just to get a day old bread. Makes no sense bc they have the bread already available and ready to go. I’ve been here several other times where I had a long wait just for a single sandwich. The food is always good but they need to hold true to there speed.

Staff here is great. Needed a sandwich for my daughter in law who was in the hospital - told the bread was going to take a moment to finish baking. The young man and lady were very accommodating and made me a slightly different version so I wouldn't have to wait. Thank you for being so understanding! I give them both a gold star!

Great place for a quick bite. Great staff and super quick service. Quality cold subs made fresh within' 30 seconds is wonderful. Fresh cut meats every day. 10/10 never been disappointed eating here. Sub choices and chips are amazing along with the add-ons you can choose from. Chip bags are brand name Jimmy John's and are mostly full of chips instead of air, drink machine is never broke, never out of ice and the sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you.

I was gonna give this place 6/5, but I had to use cash instead of a card because a technical issue out of their control, so I'm knocking them down to a meager 5/5. I'm very lazy and type one finger at a time, but the service at this spot deserves a compliment. Clean, fast, polite and good quality. Unlike the bun-less options at other establishments, these lettuce wraps are very sturdy. I shall return and recommend to others.

The staff are always great and friendly, the store 99% of the time is clean, and they do try to get it cleaned when they can. Been coming to this place since they opened. My GF likes that there now fixing to open 1 in Gulfport near her job. I'll have to keep an eye on the checking account when that happens, lol. Seriously though, some of the best cold sandwiches around. The sandwiches are really good, like that there made when you get there, and the quickness of the orders. My only bum about this place is they don't deliver to my area.
