So I always stop in and play a bit everytime I'm in Biloxi. Well this time I stayed and played a little harder on the electronic roulette table. Well the one I was using did not want to accept my players card. So I went and got a new one while someone held my seat. Still did not work and was full on other seats. And still did not accept players card. Another person tried to just see if it would work. Still nothing. So I went ahead and started to play anyway. Well 1.5 hrs later I'm down about $1500 to $1800. So I waited to get someone over to explain what's happening and see if there is anyway to get some kind of points on my players card. Even asked to see if they could confirm with surveillance to see all the $100 bills I put in. I didn't expect a NO Bore I could even finish my question. The lady didn't even seem to care to listen on the problem with the players card reader. Absolutely unbelievable. And down right rude. I was so upset I stormed out of there and have not nor will ever be back unless this is corrected. I'm sure they could go back today and see what happened. Anyways lesson do not expect anything or any kind of help if you need it.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. They served me snow crabs that were OLD and DRY. So old and dry, that if you hold it up to the light, you could see through the crab leg. The supervisor Shelly, didn't attempt to resolve the issue, it took the black supervisor Shonta to come and make the situation better. I will never frequent this establishment again.
