The Courtyard

Anniversary dinner, good food and great atmosphere. Worth a special mention our Waitress, Willow who was excellent, friendly, very knowledgeable about the Menu, Cocktails & recommendations. We ordered several tapas items between us and four cocktails. Only minor gripe delay in Paella being served & ran out of mint tea. Would recommend, especially the special offers available during the week.

Visited The Courtyard for the first time today with my sister and our families lunch. We had to wait almost an hour for our food but this was to be expected on such a busy day but once it arrived it was amazing. Everything was delicious and so tasty. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Can't believe we have never been here before. We've already booked again for next Friday for a girls night out so that we can try the cocktails.

Cocktails and food were lovely defentley a more upscale place so not a cheap dinner out but worth it. It gets quite busy so would reccomend booking for a table. Took a friend for her birthday and the manager went above and beyond when he realised brought her a free cocktail and a pudding with sparkler on and sang to her without me having to ask was really wonderful and nice man. All the staff were helpful and polite and even though was a busy saturday they were getting eveything out farely quickly. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable, booked a table for 6 people for a birthday 🎉 tea, staff very pleasant, food was lovely and we hadn't mentioned it was for a birthday but put Birthday badges on the table and on asking my husband if it was his birthday he was asked to have a drink on the house and was then brought a plate with a candle fizzing and Happy Birthday written on the plate, little things mean a lot. It was a Saturday night and very busy but staff coped very well. Would go back again and hopefully soon.

The Courtyard has great staff with good food, and a good selection of drinks, it does become rather busy on Friday and Saturday nights, to the point where you can't enjoy a relaxing meal or drink. The volume of noise from some of the riff-raff customers is becoming unbearable at the times and I hope it doesn't go the way as the OBT, however on the whole it is a fine place.
