Food is really good. Service is really slow. If you fancy standing in the queue for 20 minutes then you will be rewarded.

Popped in before going to a meeting as I was absolutely starving... I only got a bacon and sausage on toast (the Cumberland ring had sold out) due to time constraints but that was enough! Lunch was provided by my host but I had to decline as the butty really saw me through. For such a low price they really filled it with with proper thick bacon and proper sausages.
There's a reason the queues go out the door and they have to make so many telephone orders.
I'll be going back there next time I'm in Birkenhead (even if I have to make a detour...).

My first lamb dinner on a Friday and definitely not my last.
Ordered over beforehand and picked up on time. Super fresh, super tasty and filled me up.
I'd recommend no mint sauce personally as I thought it was a bit too much but a very tasty lunch.

Lamb Fridays are amazing, loads of lamb! Deli looks fab too but only ever seem to get there on a Friday and I can't resist the lamb ha ha. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Absolutely lovely food and plenty of it the lamb was exceptionally nice and the lady who served me sonia was really nice and bubbly, lovely little cafe with top quality food x
